What sizes are available?
Prints are available in four sizes: Extra-Small, Small, Medium and Large, depending on the individual artwork. Available formats and dimensions are displayed on each product page.

A white border can also be requested for selected prints. The border is added within the overall dimensions of the artwork and does not reduce the specified print size.

Can I request a special format or finish?
If you have a specific request regarding dimensions, borders, paper or finishing, feel free to get in touch before placing your order. I'll be happy to see what can be arranged.

Print collection:
Unless otherwise stated, all fine art prints are offered as limited editions.

Each artwork has one defined edition, regardless of the size or format selected. For example, an artwork marked Edition of 50 will never exceed 50 prints in total across all available sizes and formats.

Once an edition is sold out, no further prints of the artwork will be produced. Open editions may occasionally be introduced and will be announced via Instagram.

Are the prints signed?
Each limited-edition print bears the artist's signature and is individually numbered on the verso. The edition is limited to the stated number of prints across all available sizes and formats. Each print is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity confirming its title, edition number and authenticity.

For framed prints, the artwork is signed and numbered prior to framing, ensuring that the signature remains an integral part of the artwork.

What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
A Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is a document provided by the artist or the representing gallery, declaring and certifying that the artwork in question is an authentic creation and an official part of the artist’s oeuvre, including all relevant metadata and the artist’s signature.

Is my fine art print hand-signed by you?
For orders fulfilled while I am abroad, my signature is incorporated into the artwork during production rather than physically added by hand. For orders I personally handle, I hand-sign the print myself.

What does the edition number mean?
Each limited-edition print is individually numbered according to its place within the total edition. For example, 01/50 represents the first print in an edition limited to 50 copies. The edition number applies across all available sizes and formats of the artwork.

What happens when an edition sells out?
Once the final print of a limited edition has been sold, the edition is permanently closed and no further prints will be produced.

Framing & fulfillment:
Selected artworks are available as both unframed fine art prints and professionally framed pieces.

Framed artworks are produced and fulfilled in collaboration with Neunzer Gallery and The Print Space, ensuring professional framing, careful handling and secure delivery. Depending on the destination and selected artwork, orders may be shipped directly or fulfilled through our trusted gallery partner.

How are framed prints signed?
The print itself is signed and numbered before it is framed, so the signature remains part of the artwork rather than being applied to the frame or mount.

Each framed artwork is accompanied by its Certificate of Authenticity.

Where are order shipped from?
Orders are produced and fulfilled through trusted production and fulfillment partners, with fulfillment locations in Europe, the UK and the United States.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the destination, artwork size and whether the piece is framed. The final shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process. Shipping within Germany is free.

How long will my order take?
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 5–10 business days, although production times may vary depending on the artwork, format and framing option. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive shipping confirmation and tracking information.

For the delivery itself, transit times depend on your destination and the selected shipping service.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Orders are generally fulfilled from the location best suited to the destination, which can help avoid unnecessary international import charges. However, customs duties, import taxes or other destination-specific charges may apply in certain circumstances, particularly for some bespoke framing or mounting configurations.

Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

How is my artwork packaged?
Every artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Print-only works are shipped in protective packaging appropriate to their size, while framed works receive additional protective packaging designed for secure delivery.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact me as soon as possible at hi@itsbennyfuchs.com and include photographs of the artwork and packaging. I'll work with the fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement. Please see the Terms of Service for detailed information.

Which payment methods are available?
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Can I return or cancel my order?
As our artworks are produced specifically for each order, cancellations and returns due to a change of mind are generally not possible where the applicable statutory exemption applies. Please make sure you have selected your preferred size, format and framing option before completing your purchase.

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to your order, please contact me and I'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

How are you approaching sustainability?
I aim to keep the production and fulfillment of my work as environmentally conscious as reasonably possible. My print partner uses a carbon-neutral production process and sustainable packaging, while fulfillment from multiple locations helps reduce unnecessary international shipping distances where possible.
